Office-in-a-Box v.1.0 environment is assembled using key technologies such as a virtual router, a virtualisation product, a firewall appliance, a broker technology, Microsoft based servers and desktop environments. One of the features of virtualisation is high availability which Trion’s Office-in-a-Box solution maintains it. When fully implemented in a customer environment it would allow organisations to:

à          Deploy desktops, applications and upgrades rapidly to users at remote sites

à          Migrate the existing infrastructure to a virtualised environment  

In the future releases we are working on introducing VoIP based solutions under the umbrella of Office-in-a-Box. Monitoring and Management tool is in the process of development, which will allow the user to manage this box anytime and from anywhere. We will also be introducing a subsequent release module in the management tool that would allow the user to carry the virtual infrastructure onto an external or internal hard drive from which they can recreate or recover the entire virtual infrastructure when any disaster occurs.
